Co-founded by a Los Angeles native, Patrick has dedicated his career to development throughout LA and the greater LA area. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Minor in Urban Planning and a Master of Science degree in Construction Engineering with an emphasis in Real Estate Development & Finance from the University of Southern California. Patrick also is a registered professional civil engineer in the state of California.

With a proven track record of owning and operating a design-build firm specializing in residential, multi-family, and commercial projects. Patrick has managed all aspects including entitlements, architectural design, engineering, construction, and development. His multidisciplinary expertise ensures a seamless integration of design and execution, guiding teams through every phase of the project lifecycle with precision and efficiency. While managing the design and entitlements phase of developments, Patrick plays an integral role in acquisitions, fund management, and executing the company’s expansion strategy.
